Although we do not currently provide internal financing, we will work with your finance company and are well versed with loan companies.

How long does it take to get an estimate and how long is the estimate good for?
This may vary from job to job, but depending on scale and scope of work this can take from 2-7 days typically.
Does every remodeling job need a permit?
Most remodeling jobs need a permit, if any structural changes or mechanical changes it is needed.
What if I decide I want to make a change during construction?
Most minor changes are easy to accommodate, larger changes can be priced and change plans accordingly.

What is done with the debris?
All debris, will be put into dumpsters and hauled away to an offsite disposal company.
How do protect the part of the house not being remodeled?
We do our best to contain the work area with plastic wall barriers, and zipper doors. However, dust will travel outside the contained area.
